FOR 1 GLASS OF COCONUT SHIKANJI
10-15 ml lemon juice
5 gm shikanji masala
10 ml sugar syrup
2 piece crushed ice cubes
1 slice lemon for garnish
200 ml cold soda
In a mixture glass add lemon juice , sugar syrup and little water so that sugar may dissolve add shikanji masala and coconut syrup and add to mixture glass and now add crushed ice cubes and soda in it.Now garnish it with lemon slice your coconut shikanji is ready to serve.
