Which cities do you serve for corporate events?
Our teams are based in Jaipur, Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Hyderabad, and we serve events across India, including Pune, Bangalore, Udaipur and Goa. We can set up at convention centres, five-star hotels, business parks and resort venues, such as Bharat Mandapam and Yashobhoomi in Delhi, the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai, HICC and HITEX in Hyderabad, and JECC in Jaipur.
How early should you book for a corporate event?
Book at least 10 days before your event so we can finish the engraving and plan logistics. For boxed delivery under the Gold plan, book at least 7 days ahead. Your logo and design should be finalised 5 days before the event, and our team reaches the venue 2 hours before guests arrive. A 50% advance confirms the booking.
